    Recipe Ideas

    We've had 2 packs of Pork cheek (about 800g) in the freezer for a few months, am trying to empty it at the moment and need a nice recipe for them, obviously they will want cooking slowly but didn't want to do a boring stew (i've made loads of that with the shin/braising steak that was in there!!)

    Anybody cooked it in the last decade or so?
