Refund on exam questions?

Found 11th Mar 2017
Hi,

I purchased an online subscription for three months to an exam question and answer package. That allows me to complete mocks tests for the subject I'm currently studying. I'm a few days into the subscriptions but not really getting along with it, no particular reason. Am I able to go back to the company and ask for a refund of the amount minus my pro rata use over the last few days? Is there anything in distance selling I could use? Or would I have to justify it?

Thank

Dan

Anything in the T&Cs about a cool down period?
What's to say you haven't just copied the whole thing and now want your money back?

Just saying the company could argue this ...

This. All depends what you agreed to.

You read the terms and conditions, obviously?
don't think you will get a penny back unless you try now and quickly.

who knows
