    remortgaging advice

    so we paid off our house years ago now i wat to remortgage the house (value im guessing about £120,000) and use the money for other business interests

    can people who have done this before give dvice on what i should be looking out for or the best rates going etc etc

    first time so advice would be appreciated!

    oh is there an online tool where i can check what my monthly repayments would be, interest etc

    thanks to any1 with input advice

    Hi , not sure about the first part but for the second part, search mortgage calculator into google and you will find out how much you can borrow, and how much monthly repayments would be. Of course it depends who you go with, interest rates, etc...
    I tried with abbey (santander) .. they have both calculators on their website

    I'm sure you don't need telling but it's a big risk mortgaing your home for your business.

    should be ok the house is spare anyway, ill try that

    I went through these, although it was about 5 years ago. Got myself a fabulous deal, which was about 20% cheaper per month than the usual suspects. Needed to be on the ball though, as they initially sent me the papers for a different (more expensive) offer
