My delightful child has decided it is infinitely preferable to pour the contents of the teapot into the aspidistra rather than down the sink . Don't ask me why , the logic escapes me . Anyway the upshot is that I came downstairs this morning to a floor swimming in water (or tea) and a very soggy plant . I've cleaned the mess up but it has left a couple of the planks of my newly laid laminate floor with bubbled up edges . I will leave it a couple of days to fully dry out but if it does not improve it will have to come up and be fixed . I have plenty of spare planks and it is towards an edge not slap bang in the middle . Has anyone done this ? How hard is it likely to be ?
