Returning faulty Nintendo Switch to Argos

Hoping someone can answer this question..

I purchased a Nintendo Switch on 17/07/2020 from Argos and have experienced issues with drift on the joy cons.

I have warranty and will be looking to resolve this when time permits but does anyone know if Argos will handle an exchange or if they would contact the manufacturer, Nintendo, and arrange a repair service?

Owned many consoles but never had to return one before
