Returning item for refund

Hi

I recently bought a 2.5" internal drive and realised that I do not need it. I have just received it yesterday and have not opened the package yet. I am not sure what my normal rights are in this case.

Now, can I return the item for a full refund without any problems. I bought the drive from CBCComputers.com.

Thanks.

Robie

look up the returne process on their site , it will be ok

Distance selling regs mean they will have to give a full refund, no restocking fee, and while you'll have to pay for delivery back to them, you should get any delivery charge they charged you back, too, within 7 days of delivery, so long as its unopened.

Why did you buy it in the first place...Your a retailers nightmare
