    Returning items to Play.com

    I returned an item back to play.com over 14 days ago. But I still havent recieved a refund to my CC. Do they always take this long? Also it doesnt help that they dont have an email address, looks like Ill have to phone.

    I had a similar problem with a return not being registered in "my account" section.

    I rang and it was actioned, cleared and refunded within seconds. First class.

    Another thing, they said to kinda send it back recorded. But I just sent it via first class. I carnt see it being lost, but Ive still kept the reciept.

    Not worth sending back more than first class anyway, unless it's worth more than £34.

    As you'll get this refunded anyway as long as you have the proof of postage.

    You mean I can get my postage back, even if the item returned was unwanted?
