ooooooops :-D

I returned something to Amazon cos was damaged and something missing, they said arrange online and I did a booking through the link off Amazon site for DHL,collected next day, following day had email confirmation received. Didn't pay a penny.
This was Amazon don't know what this warehouse deals thing is?

why don't ou call/email them to find out?
if it's a faulty item it's their obligation to replace it without any costs for you.

Amazon usually arrange collection of larger items but never dealt with the warehouse.
