    Returning Parcel to Ebuyer

I'm returning a 17" TV to ebuyer but not sure which delivery firm to send it with as it's at my own expense. Any recommendations please?

Only bought last week and I'm exchanging it, they've given me a number but I have to send it back at my own expense.

can i ask what the problem was? if it was faulty or damaged then you are entitled to a collection, if however u had a change of heart about the item, then yes you do have to pay , but if its faulty or damaged, then ring again for a collection read their terms it clearly states a collection is allowed if its costs more than £5 to send back in which case a tv will

My mother bought it for me for my birthday on Sunday but although it says 17" it was tiny (presumably cos widescreen), so although not much bigger we've decided to upgrade to 19" with built in dvd player.

yeah youl have to pay return then ive used parcel2go for years and never had a single problem

only problem with parcel2go i dont think they will take responsability for tv/monitors due to the screen maybe getting cracked it states in their terms
