Reuseable nappies and wipes

Do they actually save you money having a baby in May and wanted to get hold of some but there is so much choice and I really don't know where to start...

Anyone recommend some we are having a boy
Not sure it makes a difference. Not botherd about the look more botherd about how we'll they work
