Ring / Nest Doorbell on UPVC plastic porch

I am considering getting a Ring or Nest doorbell battery version but it would need to go on a UPVC plastic porch. I haven't had a doorbell for years as the old basic ones (not a video / smart doorbell) kept falling off and were not sturdy

Does anyone know if a Ring or Nest doorbell battery version would stay securely on a UPVC plastic porch?

Also, how easy is it to remove the doorbell and charge it when required?
