Rowing Machine (Fan/Air or Magnetic resistance, if poss)

Put on a wee bit of weight over Xmas. I just lost nigh on 5 stone from June to November last year, so I don't want this to be the start of me slipping back down that slippery slope!

Anyways, I use the rowers at the gym when I can, but owning my own would be more convenient. Haven't really seen any real Hot Deals for rowing machines.

Any help finding something suitable would be hugely appreciated ;-)

Our local tip has a charity shop part and there are always loads of keep fat stuff there!!! My mate bought a rowing machine for £12. Give it a couple of months and there will be loads of unwanted gifts there!! Call your local council and ask where the nearest one is, could save you a fortune...........

Good idea  I'm in sorta urgent need though. Want to keep my weight at least on an even keel until the warmer weather arrives, when I will be back to doing plenty of bike riding, usually 30 - 40 miles per day most days.

I appreciate the reply ;-)
