I take it you have proof of postage?

You will have to wait 15 days as jelly correctly said.

Well then if it has gone missing you have not got a leg to stand on. Always get proof of postage from the post office, it is free and covers you upto £36.

I sell about 30-40 things per week on ebay and would say about 1 in 200 don't arrive so I think you will be alright.

So what will it turn up eventually?

Did you send it 1st class recorded?

I sent something a few weeks ago first class which took 12 days to get there, so first class is no guarantee of speed

the point being if it has got lost then you cannot claim without proof of postage so you will just have to refund timothy and take the loss yourself.

He didn't pay for anything, i sent him something for him to put fastvast on, and then he was going to send back, no cash exchanged.

Well at least you wont have to go to the trouble of refunding etc and wont be picking up any negative feedback. Mine was an ebay item and the buyer was going ballistic.
