Royal mail online claims form, does it exclude items sent at post office?

I always pay cash/stamps at my Post Office. Does it mean I can't claim online?

Form asks:
"Was the item sent using Stamps, franking or postage purchased at royalmail.com? *"

I read that as you choose one of the three options so you either used stamps, franking or online postage.
That is the right option as it reads “ I paid by Stamps or Franking, at a Post Office branch, or posted via a VAT exempt service on account”

So you have paid by stamps at a Post Office. Then on the next page you need to download the compensation form for Loss, Damage or Delay which ever is you require.
