Hoping someone can clear this up for me.
I'm sending some tube parcels 38cm in length and 8.5 cm in diameter.
Now according to royal mails website if the tube diameter is greater than 8cm then its classed as a medium parcel size.
But small parcel size is 45 x 35 x 16
So I can't send my tubes as small parcel but I could put 8 of them in a box and pay for small parcel?
I sent one medium today as I wasn't sure, the lady said that it could have went as small. But the royal mail website only states up to 8cm diameter.
This doesnt seem to make any sense
