Ruby Bingo Bonus Credit - help please?

9
Found 7th Jan 2011
Hi, I signed up with ruby bingo and received £16 free bonus credit and on my very first game i won £247. When i tried to withdraw it it said i had to make a deposit first so i deposited £5 and after it seemed to let me withdraw my winnings. I've just received an email from the cashier and they said they are unable to process my request until i comply to the promotional bonus policy. I've just read the policy and i must be thick because i don't understand it lol. Could someone please let me know what i need to do to get my winnings? Thank you for any help.

are you trying to take out the £16 bonus as well?

Hi, No the bonus is kept seperate.

the way i read it you have to bet at least £ 160 before you can take any money out (£ 16 x 10 is the minimum wager) and then it looks like you can only take out £200 quid so i think you need to keep playing until you have used £ 160 and then you can take out up to £ 200 but if you have anything over £200 in winnings after this amount has been used you will lose it.

Stitched up......

Non-depositing player: You must wager at least x10 the bonus amount … Non-depositing player: You must wager at least x10 the bonus amount (minimum wagering requirement) and may make only one withdrawal of any winnings earned where this withdrawal is limited to a maximum amount of $/€/£200. Any remaining winnings will be deleted from the player's account, upon making this one-time withdrawal request up to such maximum amount.

Can you not just put £160 of the winnings on a heavy odds-on Football team with say 2 goals of a start ?

Unfortunately not. The only games they've got are bingo, scratch card and casino type games.

Well go on Roulette & stick money on red & black as the chances of a 0 coming in are very very slim at 37/1.
