I’m looking for recommendations for a good running shoe for 10K runs (the odd half) and mainly road. Currently use Nike Flex RN which need changing and wanted to know if anyone more experienced had any tips.

Thanks

Once they re-open head to a running shop and get fitted Costs a bit more but worth it
Asics Gel-Nimbus/Kinsei/Cumulus. I’d recommend the G-TX variants for all weather preparedness. Once you make the switch you’ll never go back. Some cracking deals to be had on their Outlet.

Asics Outlet
Thanks for your comments - I bought some of the Cumulus 20s for £52- as you say excellent value if they are as good as you say! Cheers
All depending on your running style as every shoe is different. Best to get fitted in store and have your gait and running pronation analysed.
