All my cheap ass cutlery keeps getting rust spots on. Can anyone please suggest some dish wash safe kitchen scissors and cutlery please?

I’m using cheap ikea stuff not had a problem yet
use stainless marked 18/8 [18/10 is same as 18/8], they are more resistant to corrosion (rust spots);
if you have 18/8 stainless and get rust spots then do not wash with dishwasher, wash by hand and drain dry asap
Just buy cutlery marked 18/10 as this shouldn't corrode

Don't leave your kitchen scissors soaking in water or wash then in the dishwasher. Just wash them in the sink by hand and then dry them promptly.
Ceramic knives are a good option
The Joseph Joseph stuff is good quality and lasts forever with no rust
