Ryanair Flight Booked Through Trip.com - Email Log-In

Not sure if anyone can help but I have booked a flight this morning through trip.com for a couple of trips with Ryanair. When I try and log the flights into my Ryanair app it won't let me using my email address and booking reference.

I spoke to trip.com and they advised that they book the flights with their email address but they don't always give this out so you are tied down to trip.com doing everything. I'd like to access the flight details through the Ryanair app so I know i've booked in etc.

I don't suppose anyone has the email address they use to book the flights with?

You’ve basically booked with a foreign travel agent who then bulk books the flights at a discount. There isn’t a cat in hells chance you are getting that email address as you haven’t booked the flights yourself.

Cheers for that - I have contacted them but they said they would see if they could let me have the email address but I've not had anything from them.

I mean you might be lucky, but the potential for data breaches if you had that email could be quite serious for the company involved if you could suddenly phone up and see all their bookings for example.

I had this very issue, easyJet and a few others have other ways to log in without the email so I managed them. But Ryanair I couldn’t… so I simply used the travel agents chat function and within minutes they’d sent me all the information I need. So definitely work a try asking!!! Very happy I tried and didn’t give up after reading these messages.
