I started a diet 6 weeks ago and even though I've struggled I've lost 15lbs.
I can feel where I've lost some of the weight but can also see it around my neck area, so much so I think I resemble an old tortoise.
Has anyone ever suffered from this and are there any tried and tested exercises that will remove or improve the sagginess?
It's actually making me think of ditching the diet and putting the weight back on😬😁
