I just followed the instructions in the email from Sainsbury's, set up a Kobo account - well I used my Rakuten one, and at the last screen where I transferred my books it just said I was being given £10 credit.

Wednesday is the last day to transfer books to Kobo.
As mentioned above, for each transfer you get £10 Kobo Store credit.
I had 2 Sainsbury's account and 2 transfers each gave me £10 Store credit. Hence got £20 total credit.

You'll need to use the Calibre software to load them on.

I have a Nook but seem to have missed all the emails about transferring, first of all from Nook to Sansiburys and now Sainsburys to Kobo. I do not have a personilsed link. How do I go about setting up my nook so that I can purshase books again.

I didn't see the emails to start with, not that it would have helped as I don't have a Kobo and all my books were on my Lenovo tablet. I have lost my set of Game of Thrones books, apart from the first, which cost quite a bit. I feel well and truly ripped off.

Hello , I have just found out that Nook no longer deals with e-books in the UK and that Sainsburys took over the contracts of Nook customers then found out that Sainsbury's pulled out and that your company now has the contracts for Nook customers. The reason that I haven't been using my Nook is that my mother died early last year then one of my sisters died later that year and have not been using my laptop or Nook so did get any messages. Can i now open a contract with you so that I can download books onto my Nook. Thanks S J GIBB

I was originally a Nook customer (this is where I bought the majority of my eBooks). Nook emailed me to tell me about the migration from them to Sainsbury's, which I completed with no problems. I however was not notified by either Sainsbury's or Kobo to inform me of the 2nd migration (from Sainsbury's to Kobo). I have been in contact with both Sainsbury's and Kobo to request my eBook librey but neither company is taking responsibility. Kobo says that I have to contact Sainsbury's so they can send me a link to migrate my eBooks, and Sainsbury's say they can no longer send out the migration links. I am now left out of pocket and neither Sainsbury's or Kobo are doing anything to help me. I feel sick that I could be ripped off like this by large companies who should be trustworthy. I cannot believe that I am being ignored by them and that this sort of thing can be allowed to happen in this day and age. I should have chosen to go with Kindle from the start and none of this would have happened.

I have just found out that once again my nook is no longer in out as now Sainsbury's have sold us out am I to late to change to kobo. I did not see any emails from Sainsbury's as my husband has been in and out of hospital in the last 18 months please help me as I love to read when I get the chance.
