Anyone had experience of ordering groceries online with Sainsburys and can comment on your experience with their refunds?
I have made an order of more than £100 and applied a coupon I got from the till of £15 off £100 spend. I also got a tin of dog food using a promotional code.
Their t&c states that refunds may be reduced in value if the coupons are affected. Anyone know if they will actually do this in practice as they have given me subsitutes which I would prefer to return, but this would make the £15 off £100 coupon invalid, although not through any fault of mine.
