It's lovely stuff. Chilli, garlic, fennel, cinnamon and ginger in it. Adds loads of flavour and a nice kick
Sounds good.
For anybody else who uses this. Boil some new potatoes for 10mins. Put Olive oil in a glass Pyrex casserole dish about 1/2 a cm deep. Chuck in some garlic cloves and this seasoning. Start small then just add more seasoning next time if you can handle it ( i use roughly 6/7 big pinches for about 12 taters)
Oregano, when I have it also works well.
Put in the oven @ around 150 degs for about an hr. Swill the oil around once or twice while cooking (don't through the red hot dish lid in cold water so it breaks in half like my missus did).
Absolutely beautiful.

Also adding a small amount to bolonaise adds lots of flavour.

Yummy

Most local butchers sell it or maybe the butchers on the meat market

It's one third salt, then MSG, then 17% sugar, followed by chilli flakes, garlic and other seasonings. Basically salt, MSG & sugar.
