    Samsung Led Or Panasonic Plasma

    Banned
Somebody on here recently told me that Panasonic 50PZ800 will have a better PQ than the new samsung LED baclight telly.

I went comet today to have a look and found LED a bit better.

    Anybody willing to advice ?

if you gonna go lcd go for the sony z5500 200htz motionflow its the best … if you gonna go lcd go for the sony z5500 200htz motionflow its the best lcd i have seen i watched hancock on it i was blown away but i would still have a plasma over an lcd but only the pioneer lx or krp range

I would go for a plasma ,but compare the 2 before you make your purchase. I've owned a Panasonic Plasma [TH37] for nearly 7 years and the picture is as good now as it was when I bought it , despite what I'd read about screen burn etc etc. It's a non HD set and cost £1200 from Richer Sounds .I've recently seen a 40" Goodmans LCD at a friends house and I thought the picture quality was terrible , blocky and washed out colours ,so I dont rate the LCD's.

    i agree

That was me i believe...as the only place for my 42" plasma is opposite a huge bay window! fine at night, but in the day can be annoying for me, the girlfriend doesnt notice it as much.

Ive owned LCD and Plasma and id choose plasma everytime for SD signals, but ive not had the chance to see a LED set yet in the flesh for long enough.

Best of luck with the decision choosing a TV is always a hard one.

I've got a Panasonic plasma - best telly I've ever owned. The days of the dodgy 'burn' plasma screens are long gone, and Panasonic come top with loads of the WHICH tests.
    100% go for it

We have a Panasonic Plasma and it would get my vote

    Hope this helps
