Samsung Note 10+ upgraded to android 12

Hi today I upgraded my mobile to android 12 and now I have a strange green drawing pin icon on the screen, the icon is movable but clicking it, or pressing hold of it does absolutely nothing!

What is it?
How can I remove it?
