Recently bought a Samsung S21 Ultra via this deal but have decided to return it - item is still sealed.
Called Samsung who have kindly arranged for DPD to collect from me.
Was advised that the driver would come with a returns label for the package.
However, when I asked if I would be given a receipt for the collection was told no but that I could ask the driver for the tracking number.
Based on horror stories of high value items being pilferred by some couriers am just a bit nervous of returning a £1200 mobile phone without any proof.
Anyone have experience of the Samsung returns procedure and can advise what if any proof you are given at the point of collection or able to share their experience of this service.
