I tried to log into my Santander e-saver this evening and got a message to say that my account has been blocked so I called them and got taken through some security questions as to how much I have paid in and how much taken out within the last few days.

Then the guy says that I have failed the test and that they will call me tomorrow some time to take me through some more security questions.

I asked why can't they do that now and he says another department has to do it and they are closed now. This is supposed to be a 24 hour online bank?

Anyone else had problems with Santander online banking?
