Sat Navs - any good deals?

I'm after my first sat nav after being told that i may be working in Madrid at the end of next year, so Spanish mapping is essential.
I'd prefer a bigger screen if possible, but don't know anyone else who's got or had one so wanted to know peoples recommendations and what ones to go for and (more importantly) avoid.
Obviously the cheaper the better, but i'd still pay more if it was worth it.

For full euro mapping, I'd say you can't go wrong with the ]Garmin Nuvi 250.
