I've got insurance with orange for my sony satio and with the satio being discontinued - should I "lose" my phone would they get me an alternative?

Im halfway thru my contract with Orange and im really losing patience with the phone its rather poo (bar the camera)

anyone got any ideas

i can be forgetful at times

same hear pal, just got rid of my satio ,am with orange too but i have no insurance so i sold it to muzuma mobile for £134 good price considering it was in bad condition,one of the worst phones ever , thats why its discontinued!!!!

Sounds like fraud mate.

i sold my satio to fonebank and they gave me £150 for it, used the money to put towards a second hand iphone and i couldn't be happier with it
don't pretend to loose it, that's naughty!
