satnav- which is the better one?

I am looking to buy a satnav kit with a a budget of approx £150

I've seen the following:

the packard bell 400 in car sat nav-£129

anygood or should i go for the navman 330 (£150)

or the £99 gamin?

I did see a refurbished navman 510 for £159

What do you reckon-has anyone got the models listed?

Thanks

I've got used to Tomtom but I guess it is out of your price range.. Garmin's £99 seems to be a good value for money ..

Review from cnet.. 7.7 out of 10 ..

The good: The Garmin StreetPilot i series benefits from ease of use, an accurate GPS receiver, and affordability.
The bad: A downside of the Garmin StreetPilot i series is its small screen.
The bottom line: Don't let its diminutive size fool you--the Garmin StreetPilot i series is a powerful, feature-rich GPS system with an extremely user-friendly interface.
