my 2 don't get excited for the cinema - this was just something different.

The £5 ticket offer has long finished now so can't even book again

their refund service is laughable-they "process" the refund within 15 days but say it could take 21 days to reach your account-what a crock!

yup....so I waited for the 21 days...phoned them up to find out that it was 21 WORKING days....and I got them to check the process details, they said it was on file and processing. So I waited the god-knows-how-many-days to still have no transfer...called them again, and they told me the claim for the refund wasnt even put through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cos yeah....hes died, but I still want to be £100's down for the privaledge of NOT seeing him!!!!!!!
so had to put it through again and told to wait upto another 21 working days.......not impressed!!!!!

ohhh and she also told me that if I hadnt have called on the day to rearrange the refund....the oppertunity to ask for a refund would have expired!!!!!!

rant over

LOLz its annoying though, did the kids enjoy it?
I just phoned them to see if they can give me the £5 offer again (seats are £17.50-£18.50 now) but they can't - there's loads of seats left at Hammersmith by the looks of it - will have to keep my eye out.

you would have thought that as it has been cancelled (nothing to do with you) they would let you transfer the tickets instead of getting a refund and the option to rebuy :?

Yeah they are probably just trying to get people to book without the £5 off

Dunno, I nearly booked Hammersmith because Hackney is a bit of a rough area but Hammersmith is quite a journey round London.
I am wondering if they have maybe cancelled the Hackney shows because there aren't many seats filled, because the Hammersmith shows are letting me book from Row F so they have loads of seats left still - maybe they are hoping I will go and book there instead (for about £80 as opposed to the £22.50 I paid) :x

Booked the tickets in May and they tell us it's cancelled 1 week before the show

Edit: Yep, looks as though that's the case as they have also cancelled the Friday shows at Hammersmith

Same ages as my two - they have just got into Scooby Doo this year, otherwise I wouldn't have booked it

......I could have gotten away with it too.
