Some estate agents take your current house, like a part exchange, although I imagine they won't give it's fully value.

Use a regular estate agent and price it cheap. Be very picky about the buyer too.
That's probably the quickest way to sell.
Although an auction might be quicker, but I don't know anything about them.

You could try these if you're desperate but don't expect a good price. It's a sellers market right now, unless your house has something inherently wrong with it then it will sell quickly like everything - at the right price

There's loads for sale on ebay. If you have an idea of how much you want give it a go. You have a worldwide market, better than any estate agent.

keep it , use it as collateral for the next but just rent it out.

like the sound of renting but it seams too much hassle plus without sale I wouldn't have the 10% deposit, house value is 80000 2 bed end of terrace, other side of terrace sold for 80000 in February and mortgage left on property is 62000 I would accept 73000 as this is what I paid 3 years ago

Why would you throw away £7,000 - trust me you are going to need that money with a baby on the way!

Have you had 3 agents round to value it - ask them all for a price, and also for a price to sell it fast if your dream house has come up...

Get your house immaculate as well, make sure it is clutter free and beautifully presented so someone falls in love with it!
