Selling car to webuyanycar - Any hassles ?

Hi
Planning to sell my car through webuyanycar. Anyone have any experience? I've been quoted a price with some small wordings saying 'we assume your car is this...and that',etc. Does that mean that we don't get the quoted price and there's a lot of haggling and pushing down the price.
Not good at bargaining with used car dealers:(
