I've sold to CeX plenty of times in the past without issue, but just recently I've sent a couple of packages to them that I'm beginning to fear may have been lost. They were both sent with Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48, as offered for free by CeX and with £100 compensation for each (which easily covers the value).
While I'm not writing off the possibility of this just being a lengthy delay given the coronavirus situation, the latest update from RM tracking is over a week ago now, when in theory they ought to have arrived by Tuesday 28 April (sent on Friday 24 April). Has anyone here had any experience with lost parcels sent to CeX, the claim process, etc.?
