I Have a Corsair h60 AIO cooler, its developed a click in the pump so im guessing trapped air or something but Corsair have approved RMA and provided me a return label but i have to pay for courier can anyone advise me cheapest way?

Most ive seen is £20+ and if thats the case its nearly as cheap to buy a new one.

doesnt weigh that much and box will be around 30x20x20 roughly

corsair normally provide you with a courier or a prepaid shipping label,

Cheapest way to post would be through parcel2go with £10 off using one of their codes (something like firstfree or tvfree)

I'd query this with corsair before doing anything

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed is £8.20

royalmail.com/per…ned

Not sure if that price changes depending on weight.

They gave me a shipping label but in the top right it says "Place Postage here" and then on the instructions it states

Shipping Carrier:
The consumer is responsible for return freight costs to Corsair. We recommend shipping your product with a carrier who provides tracking and insurance options. Corsair is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Where did you purchase it from? Have you tried going through the distributor first? (just making sure!)

Edit: Also potentially £2 through parcel2go

First year of warranty is usually with the distributor then the subsequent years are normally with the manufacturer, bit of a nightmare though especially when they don't have a UK shipping address (when I last had to RMA something, with intel, they provided a UK address which then got forwarded on to another country from that point)

Might ask novatech if i can send back to them then they send to corsair as Novatech did state any issues and theyl help (or replace if corsair fail too).

I would swap it for a H80i, scan are selling refurbished ones for around £50.
