decorate a photo on photobucket / tinypic -

just get some crepe paper and PVA glue . print a picture out as mentioned above, cut out and stick 2 door shapes onto here that can be opened like doors , behind here put a pic of the bairn. scrunch up the crepe pare into little balls and glue them onto the pic follow whatever it is picture wise. done

you could do that and then put babys face in character -

If you buy a Cbeebies magazine then you can always just cut out some of the characters and glue them on the card and add a photo of your little one.

Hope she has a great birthday next month.

I too was going to say about the magazine and cut bits out it seems to be what a lot of people do OR get some card craft bits and add on to the card Good luck!

Showing Birthday Cards on CBeebies on TV

Whilst we try to show as many cards as we can, we receive more than we have time for, so be prepared to be disappointed.

To have the best chance, please do the following:

    * Send your card in to arrive four weeks before the birthday.
    * Put the name and age of the child on the front of your birthday card.
    * Put all other information about the child and your message on the back, so that personal information isn't shown on camera.
    * Make sure you include the date of the birthday.
    * Landscape style (as opposed to portrait) is easier to show on TV.
    * If you include a photo, a head and shoulders shot works well but please make sure that there are no logos or anything identifiable on your child's clothes.
    * If you include a TV character, please make sure that you only use CBeebies.

    Send your card to:

    CBeebies
    PO Box 1234
    Television Centre
    Wood Lane
    London
    W12 6WX

I did this for my son in May, need to be in at least four weeks prior so need to be quick

Try ]here, there are lots of printables, just decorate with the usual glitter, tissue paper, paint etc. Have fun

Use little pieces of coloured tissue and glue to a printed picture to colour in. They like that sort of stuff

    She's a lucky girl !

I always meant to do this but never got round to it.... My youngest will be 4 in March so I guess there is still time.

Do you have a neice or nephew who could do it for you?

I always like the ones that look like they have been made my children.

You can just cut shiny sweety (like ones froms roses) papers into shapes like the the sun and houses then get pics of characters from the cbbc mag and stick them on it.

use a lot of glitter and paint-finger paint/sponge paint...

don't forget to suck up to make sure they show it

I think you'll find it's "have a happy day today" at the end rather than "have a happy birthday day".

    The card looks great.
