Sendit.com poor customer service

I recently returned an order for a refund and returned the items sealed , i even emailed them the return receipt.The tem was delivered on the 26th june according to the royal mial tracking system and its now been over a month and i havent heard anything yet.
after the revamp of sendit.com my entire order history has someow been deleted too.

anyone else had any trouble like this ?

Yep, i also returned 2 dvd back to sendit.com. They promised a "postage refund" . Yesterday i checked my account ~No postage refunded and order history deleted too!!!
i will chase them up knowing its not just me now.

21/7/08 placed an order that showed instock status

28/7/08 informed out of stock

28/7/08 tried to cancel order. System did not allow me to login When I tried to obtain a password reminder - system claimed no knowledge of my account

28/7/08 could no get through via phone so sent email to [email protected] requesting cancellation and I got an immediate automated reply acknowledgement (from [email protected] ??) stating reply would be sent within 24 hours - no reply ever received!

29/7/08 did manage to logon with same account as before - checked that no pending orders existed! I assumed the order was cancelled!

13/8/08 I receive an email informing me that the order has been despatched!

Tried calling 0844 801 0311 - got put in queue - waited a while and gave up.

Searched for alternative number and phoned 02890 430430 and spoke to Paul - said the Belfast office no longer deals with Sendit queries told me to ring 0844 801 0311 - after a few more "choice" words from me - he promised someone would call back. Then someone called Jack phoned and agreed to my decision to refuse delivery and promised a full refund once the item has been received back.

We shall see if I can indeed refuse delivery or whether the postman just plonks it down in front of my door!

I have of course since ordered the item from Play.com and received it within four days!

Summary: Sendit.com never reply to emails - their published phone contact number is always busy - their online system is flakey

Having problems myself with 'send it' and have now been waiting a month for a complete order. They sent a confirmation email stating that three dvds had been posted, but only one has arrived. Their emails provide conflicting information.

I am just grateful to have finally found an email address for them as per above - thanks very much

Pathetic service. I ordered an item on 7th Sep and till now it is not received. There is no contact number either for customer service. I could get some number , but no one to answer..!!!!. I would say ban this company. No one should buy from this. Beware of this....!!!

Rubbish delivery and customer service - on 20.01.12 I pre-ordered an item due for release on 23rd January 2012 - I am still waiting for it to be delivered (06.02.12) - insult to injury: Sendit.com sent an email today asking me to review my purchase...great!...and yet they cannot reply to the emails I have sent asking when I will receive my order....I will remove Sendit.com from my list of stockists and stick to Play.com from now on....at least with Play.com it's fast delivery and you don't have to add £2 to the cost of every single....lesson learned!!

Similar problems here, been fobbed off with incorrect return instructions. Have screen saved all the communication in anticipation of them 'losing' my account and now claiming refund through my credit card. What a shame
