is that the best iyo? Have you tried that new colgate one? Toying between the two

I am lost. If you have sensitive teeth suddenly does it mean you have a cavity?

I have tried them all and it really helps very little, what did help a bit was to use the toothpaste and not rinse it away
I alternate between the colgate and sensodyne..

Sensodyne - use at least twice a day and spit out but DON'T rinse - that way it continues to act.
Also apply the toothpaste neat on to your teeth/gum margins when they are particulary sensitive and last thing at night.

for those wondering... i have a wisdom tooth coming thru at an angle on my far back left teeth and it feels like there is a 'hole' but its the gap between the two, dentist said unless its infected, which it isnt, they wont remove, just to clear up lol

this is the best one to use.

fyi - when night time brushing don't rinse/use mouthwash.

make sure you're flossing too and if you have a big gap (how the OP has described) use an inter-dental brush

I use Arm and Hammer Enamel Care, bit pricey but works better than the sensitive ones that make your mouth numb.

Try using baby tooth brushes its softer and you may be able to spread the toothpaste evenly over your teeth and gums.
