Set static IP address for devices on Tenda MW6

Hi,
Just a quick question. Had a look online but can't really seem to find a good answer.

Got a Tenda MW6 connected to my VM Hub 3 which is in modem mode. Then got a couple of MW3's.

I want to set a few static IP addresses for my Philips Hue, Drayton Wiser, Home Assistant etc, however can't seem to find an option for this.

Has anyone else been able to do something similar that can give me a few pointers?
