    ShopTo problem...

I Pre-ordered an item on ShopTo for £16.85 using Paypal. They took the money out straight away, but i have since found it cheaper. So i cancelled my pre order hoping they would put the money back into my bank account, but instead its gone onto my ShopTo account. So i thought i would just pre-order the game again but it wont let me now as it says i must have a card registered with them, but i never did in the first place.
Is there any way to get the money back into my account or pre order it again or i will be forced to charge it back on my Visa card.

why not ring them? Surely it would have been easier than posting on here?

well you agreed to have it paid back to your shopto account if cancelled when you ordered it, so I imagine its going to take at least a phone call or email to get it refunded back to you.

What you could do if they don't play ball is just start an INR dispute through paypal, quicker and easier than doing it through your credit card.
