Should I ask for some sort of retribution?
Made an order at Pizza Hut online on Tuesday. Due to a glitch on their website I was charged around £100 for two pizzas and didn't receive a single pizza from them. They have arranged to provide a refund in the next 1-2 weeks, but do you think I should ask for some sort of courtesy 'reward' or something seeing as I am out of pocket for quite a lengthy amount of time now? Do you think they would even do that?
