I bought a Samsung rb37 fridge freezer a few months ago.
All was well until about a month ago.
The sides are very warm - I'd say hot on occasion.
This causes the interior of the cupboards on either side to get warm, leading to issues with the food stored in there.
Samsung product support say this is normal.
I pointed out it only started a few weeks ago, and no previous fridge freezer got warm on the outside to this extent. But no use - they reckon it's working as intended.
I imagine the recent hot weather may be playing a part, but it was hot during Easter and we didn't have issues back then.
Anyone got any thoughts on this please?
