My virgin renewal is up and just got off the phone with retentions who called me back after I requested cancellation. I was paying £20/m for the bigger bundle (200mb, tv, phone line and 5GB sim). I managed to get it for this price after I got last years £10/m for 100mb only but then upgraded to bigger bundle but kept the £14/m rolling credit.
The best he could offer me was £39/m! Even when I asked how much he could do the 100mb only for I was quoted £25/m! Whereas I know many who’ve got it for £14/m.
Anyway, I have found the 200mb with phone for £28/m via broadband choices with £50 credit.
Thing is I don’t want to lose my landline so if I signed up as a new customer is there anyway I can still keep the same number? I vaguely remember I could move over to a VOIP provider and then come back?
