    As with all security products they occasionally have issues. Lastpass has been compromised at least twice that I'm aware of. I know it's Wikipedia - but en.wikipedia.org/wik…ass

    There is such strong encryption against the passwords stored in the vault that I wouldn't be concerned.

    A colleague at work retrieved a password from a lastpass URL. So it's a problem outside the vault. However that was a couple of years ago.

    Last pass is risky as it’s been compromised a few times. 1password is better, better security!

    I use Lastpass personally, free plan does the job for me. Dashlane is overpriced and the free version doesn't let you store enough passwords. Google's password manager forces you to use Chrome and stay locked into the Google ecosystem so I decided against it, but it's a solid option.

    They fixed that issue. In terms of alternatives, does 1Password allow unlimited password storage for free?
