I've got an interview for College, tomorrow and Wednesday. What sort of things will they ask me? I'm not really prepared, and school haven't given us any real concise info.

why do you want to do this course, why this college.... wont be that hard

to them you are this nice walking bunch of cash that they get for taking you in so be relaxed, they will likely ask why this college, say you heard good things about it etc

my daughter has just done hers, as above comments, nothing to get stressed about, she has applied for 3 college's/schools, been accepted for all 3, but it boils down to exam results in the end.

Talk about how you respect the adult environment that college offers compared to school

The main one is as above, why have you chosen the course, why college instead of sixth form, what grades are you expecting to get for GCSE's, do you have any hobbies or interests. They are usually a formality, I have been involved in a few for sixth form, its usually just to check your interested in the course and that you will be working hard/staying the whole course rather than starting and leaving ect.

Not true at all, funding is based on success rates, not just taking people on
