Sky advice

Hi was hoping for some advice. Tried to upgrade my sky broadband last Wednesday instead of upgrading it they cancelled it. Since then I have had no broadband and a very limited sky tv service. The reduction in charges does not reflect the total loss of service. I also can’t seem to get them to re set me up as they say they have an IT problem.

They wouldn't cancel it so quick, would take at least a month. You must have another issue. Are the lights correct on the router, have you switch it off and on?
I contacted them multiple times. They are saying it’s a software problem on their side that caused it to go through as a cancellation rather than upgrade but if they put it through again the cycle repeats.
sounds like it is time to move to another provider.
Complain to OFCOM..
