Sky? beta test new network?

I remember hearing about I think sky releasing a new type of network where existing customers could participate which meant they got free internet for ~12 months. Sorry for being so vague but I remember something along these lines poping up on hotukdeals and just wondering if anyone could point me to the link. Thank you.
