You'll have to google how to hack the sky router to obtain your sky username and password. I'm not even sure you can do it with that sky router. You used to be able to do it with the old Netgear and sagem models by flashing a custom firmware onto them.

put the sky hub into modem only mode and use the asus are an access point to avoid the whole sky username and password issue

What do you mean by modem only mode? Turning off WiFi? The sr102 doesnt have a 'modem only mode' so would need dhcp turning off as well, or op would have 2 dhcp servers running at once. Personally I'd turn WiFi off on the sky router, and dhcp off on the Asus. Then set the Asus ssid, encryption type and network key to the same as the sky routers, to save reconnecting all devices to the new wireless.

I'm sure i read somewhere that if you kick up a fuss they'll tell you the username and password.

i have my sr102 as a modem with wifi broadcast turned off and an ee brightbox 2 as an access point. yes you can have 2 dhcp on the same network as long as they dont overlap

I used merlin firmware for asus gear, when I had sky.
Don't think you'll be able to get it running with asus firmware. And then google for procedure of extracting account info
