Sky go app saying I need to upgrade to subscribe?

Just had sky installed with entertainment sports and kids pack

Downloaded the sky go app when I log in it allows me to download stuff but when I want to watch a channel live i.e sky sports or ITV it just says you need to upgrade

But sure I have these channels already

Any help?
