SKY ID - multiple accounts?

Hi

I'm a returning customer to SKY and recently re-joined udner a new account number.

I have tried to create a new Sky ID, but it's saying that my exisiting email address is already assigned to another (my previous) Sky ID.

Can I just use an alternativelt email just for the Sky ID sign up for the new subscription without affecting anything, or could I use my exisiting Sky ID but somehow change the account number?

Anyone with experiences?

Sky normally let you keep your Sky email address, whether you stay with them or not.

Your probably find your email is still valid, just need to create a new id account.

If no joy, get on the phone to them.

Thanks zirk, but I was referring to my normal email address, not Sky's own email (I never set one of these up).
